Snowboarding.com is against spamming and is not a part of the Solicitations
you are receiving. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working
very hard to try and stop it !
FACTS:
The Spam you are receiving is NOT coming from Snowboarding.com
and our servers.
The Spammer is sending these emails from different servers and using
a Snowboarding.com mail box as a reply to address.
Unfortunately since the spam is not coming from our servers there is
no way from us to prevent it from being sent in the first place.
From your e-mail header you can tell where the e-mail originates, that
origination should be contacted and reported to, then the mails can be
stopped.

The Spammer is using the e-mail addresses as a reply to address, he is
forwarding the replies to a different free e-mail address. He is using
yahoo, hotmail, flashmail and other free e-mail services to spread his
spam. He is also using several dial up accounts and different IP numbers.
ACTION TAKEN:
We have closed all mail boxes identified with this spammer..
We have stopped all e-mail forwarding.
We have contacted Mail.com, Yahoo, Hotmail, the FBI and the Federal Trade
Commission in an attempt to stop this abuse.
Mail.com has written a program stopping all new e-mail addresses that
fit the spammers profile.They have two full time specialists working on
the problem.
We are trying to locate the company benefiting from these advertisements
but have had no luck. If anyone finds the benefiting company sending these
intrusive e-mails please let us know. abuse@Snowboarding.com
