To ride or not to ride
The Powder Rush – the ultimative condition for many
freeriders. Such an
experience can work like a drug with an extreme feeling of happiness,
which
can also be very dangerous. The risk that something might happen can be
minimized, but that needs knowledge and experience. Officially certified
mountain and ski guides provide some of their knowledge in the 20 SAAC
–
snow & avalanche awareness camp in Austria this winter. The first
camp in
Tyrol takes place on the 28th and 29th of november 2003 at the Kaunertal
glacier.
