Chia is high in protein and omega 3's ... meaning it will keep you full for longer and put you in a good mood from the get go! Chia porridge is gluten free and SO basic to make! Simply soak overnight 6Tbls chia seeds in 500ml almond milk or coconut water with fresh fruit like berries or banana (mixed through) Then the following morning add some organic yogurt & fresh nuts and voila!!!!
