Teton Gravity Research garners prestigious nomination alongside Wall Street Journal, Rolling Stone, and CNN for digital feature about snowboarding icon Bryan Iguchi
JACKSON, Wyo. (April 18, 2016) In what the New York Times has called “the internet’s highest honor,” global youth-culture media leader Teton Gravity Research (TGR), has been recognized for excellence in digital content production.
TGR has been nominated for “Best Branded Editorial Experience” in the 20th Annual Webby Awards for its work on The Unfound: Bryan Iguchi, a multimedia digital feature about snowboarding icon Bryan Iguchi. The Unfound: Bryan Iguchi, presented by Volcom and Gore-Tex, documents the journey of a man dedicated to his passion, elegantly displaying the story in photography, words, and video.
Nomination in this category, which recognizes unique immersive digital content, is a competitive and important distinction. Other nominees include large, mainstream media producers Rolling Stone, The Atlantic, CNN, and The Wall Street Journal.
