Tim Eddy and Taylor Carlton have stumbled upon the secret that energy drink companies don’t want you to know: the key to sustaining your shredability throughout the day isn’t caffeine and b vitamins, it’s flour, eggs, sugar, maple syrup (and sometimes blueberries or chocolate chips) in the form of pancakes.
