Considering what you have accomplished so far, what are your goals for the future?
My goals are less about personal accomplishments and more about industry evolvement. I want to be an inspiration and positive role model for youth culture, snowboarders and the action sports industry through a creative media approach that bridges meaning and motivational messages of personal possibility and faith.
Do you like the direction that the sport of snowboarding has gone in since you could remember?
In short, things evolve. Whether you are an idealist or a realist, there is not point in critiquing what is, just working for the change you want to see.

At what age did you start snowboarding? Were you on Ski's first?
I was the second youngest person in Northern California to be skied down the slopes! At 8- months my dad had be zipped into a Jansport backpack, head wobbling and be bopping down the mountain. Less than a year later, I was on my own skis being guided with loving abandon down a bunny run. At age 12 I started snowboarding.

Family…What does it mean to you?
The better question is what doesn't it mean. Family is everything to me.
Do you have any trips planned for the 13 season that you're stoked about?
Yes, a honeymoon… or two.
What is something that a lot of people don't know about you?
I'd like to answer that question with something witty, snarky or obscure. But the honest answer is I am pretty vulnerable and visible. There is nothing you can't find out or I won't tell you about my life. So in a long worded response, there isn't anything people don't know about me.
What were you doing for work before you went pro?
Working to be pro
How many days do you get to ride a year?
I ride more than I don't.
