American Jamie Anderson won slopestyle gold today at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia with a second run score of 95.25. Jamie’s run consisted of a gap to boardslide, a 50-50 backside 180, a Cab seven, a switch backside seven, and a frontside seven. With this win, she becomes the first gold medalist in women’s slopestyle history and the second American snowboarder to win a gold at these games. The silver medal went to Finland’s Enni Rukajärvi and the bronze to Great Britain’s Jenny Jones.
