The Volcom Peanut Butter & Rail Jam Championships return to Mammoth! Saturday, April 24, 2010
After 17 stops on the PB&RJ North American tour including recent stops at Keystone Resort and Stratton Mountain, the five top winners of each qualifier will battle it out in the finals for a chance to win part of the $30,000 prize purse and to become the 2010 PB&RJ Champion!
This popular amateur snowboard contest has been running for the past nine years and presents a fresh "jam style" format for the riders. Three park features dug in side-by-side to create a "rail zone" for the riders to hit as many times as they like within their twenty minute set. Riders are judged on the difficulty and style of their tricks and their best two scores make up their final result. Riders also have a chance to win $1000 straight up with Electric's "Gooeyest Move of the Day".
Volcom's Peanut Butter and Rail Jam is an awesome event for spectators- come hang out on the Main Lodge Sundeck and enjoy the competition right there on the snow!

Rider Information:
There are four divisions in total: 15 and under, 16 and over, Girls and Open. Check in on Saturday April 24, 2010 is 8:00am sharp in Roma's Room. Helmets are required to compete. Competitors under 18 years old must have a parent to sign their waiver.
