Mammoth Mountain Great Snow Under Blue Skies!

From a summit elevation at over 11,000 feet, the mountain drops steeply down alpine powder faces to an expansive undulating maze of world-class groomers.

Transworld got it right with Mammoth having great powder runs and some of the steepest groomed terrain as well as other world-class groomers; today is no exception! The sun is shining over fresh corduroy this morning with clear blue skies and excellent packed powder and machine groomed conditions. 150 trails are open with 110 of those groomed (1084 acres) and the skiing couldn't be better! Temperatures are warming into the low 40s today with some slightly breezy winds. These great conditions and warm temps will continue through the weekend so put on the sunscreen and enjoy the party on the sundecks
