The Burton US Open 2007

The US Open is the ultimate in snowboarding competitions. The very best riders the world has to offer come to this event because this is the one that really counts. Located on Stratton Mountain in Vermont, the area is steeped in snowboarding history. Vermont had the first snowpark, the first snowboard competition, Stratton itself was the first to offer snowboard instruction and of course this where Jake Burton set up and continues to run Burton snowboards. Where better place to hold it.

With a great infrastructure this event puts on a real show. Slopestyle, Super Pipe, a floodlit Rail Jam and an ‘on snow’ live act at the end of the week means that whatever the conditions it always promises to be a DON'T MISS session
