Mt. Hood Meadows, OR. (March 11 & 12, 2006) –
The 11th annual will Vegetate Snowboard Jam will consist of a SUPERPIPE
contest on Saturday, and a BIG AIR contest on Sunday - March 12th.
The super pipe jam will be staged at Mt. Hood Meadows 500 foot long
in-ground SuperPipe. The Big Air X will be staged in City Park, consisting
of a 60 foot table top leading into 30 foot tall x 40 foot wide Quarter
Pipe, on e of the largest features ever built for the competition.
Competitor registration will be the morning of each event. $30 Mt. Hood
Meadows lift tickets will aslo be available for competitors at registration.
There is no charge for spectaters. Both the Superpipe and the Big Air
X venues can be reached on foot, if you are in good condition and you
have appropriate footwear.
