Dedicated ridersfrom the unsung locals to those who frequent the podiumchoose the Ride Buckwild Wide Snowboard for lapping the park, cutting up the walls of a superpipe, taking apart rails, and sending backcountry booters. The Buckwild uses Twin Rocker and a medium flex for a combination of stability and forgiveness. And if its roster of tech doesn't convince you, maybe its base graphic will. The wide version of the Buckwild is recommended for riders with boot size 11 or larger. In order to make sure that you actually are having more fun than riders of other boards, Ride loaded the Buckwild with features that are designed specifically for good times in the terrain park. The Twin Rocker Shape features minimal rocker at the tip and tail with a long, stable flat zone that extends well past the inserts for a bit more forgiveness on sketchy terrain and sketchy landings. The true twin shape rides and lands with plenty of control and predictability whether straight or switch. Rides Cleave Edge edges wrap all the way around the board seamlessly and contain about 50% more steel than standard edges for bomber durability. The Buckwild also uses Ride's proven Slimewalls sidewall technology, urethane sidewalls that absorb impact to smooth the ride and allow you to ride harder, longer. They're also some of the toughest sidewalls in the industry. Rides Carbon Array 3 laminates add stiffness throughout the board for better board control. All of this technology is built around Rides Pop Rods Core, which sandwiches Slimewalls urethane material between flat carbon rods for tons of pop without added stiffness. Ride finishes off the Buckwild with its Fusion 4000 Basethe fastest base material known to man.
