Terrible Service - No Warranty
I have a pair of these and I had a problem on warranty with the Boa system which was detaching from the boot leather itself. I sent them in to DC through the retailer I bought them from and DC answered that they simply would not warranty the boots because they were still 'operational'. In other words, since I could still tighten the boots, there was no problem found! Wait... Maybe I need to have the tightening system completely wreck itself and fall apart to have warranty on a 280.00 boot!?!?! It's visible that the BOA will fall from the rest of the boot anytime. They should use this example to improve the product and not to tell the consumer that the product has no problem.That is simply unacceptable for such a product and for a company that wants to sustain itself as a market leader. Terrible service, terrible warranty. Won't ever buy another DC product again.I truly do not recommend DC boots due too their poor customer service along with a defective product.

Got these boots the other day, and lets just say, I'm truely impressed. I had some thirtytwo boots before and i just could never get them to feel the same throughout the day of riding. I like the new ankle technology and the breathability. My foots doesn't move but it does not cut off circulation. That's what a snowboard boot is suppose to do. It was very responsive and I noticed I could control my spinning off jumps alot better aswell as the landings. 5 Stars to DC. I ride the 2008 DC XFB board right now, but the DC PLY is in the mail. It's gonna be a great winter. Cheers!
Awesome boot, never a problem with quality
I have the 2008 version of these boots and I have never worn a more comfortable, or warm boot. After 2 seasons in the boot, I've never had an issue with them. I am actually looking into buying these models for this season. I'll let you know how they are when the snow starts flying.
