Flow NXT AT Snowboard Binding

I do not have these exact bindings, but i do have a pair of flow bindings, and i must say, they are the most comfortable bindings i have ever worn. With these bindings there are no pressure points anywhere on your foot allowing for comfort and more control. Also, the snap in feature is amazing, but it gets annoying when you are waiting for friends to get their bindings on. lol. anyways. best bindings i have ever worn. dont think i will ever go back to rachet bindings.

I will have to say I just took these out for the entire long weekend and they are amazing. I can second everyone that says you have to take the time to set them up correctly. They are not a bolt on and go binding but if you take the time to put them on the board right then you will have no problems. Also the baseplate is very small so you can get a bigger size if you need to and it will still fit on your board. I have a size 11 boot so I can go large or XL going XL just increases the speed with which I can get in and out of them.

Moving from my Burtons to these due to back surgery and an inability to now sit an reach forward to crank the bindings. I tried the K2 cinch straps and broke them on run three so I was a little apprehensive about these. I got mine and noted they appeared to have higher quality construction than the K2s and many more adjustments. I had read patience is key. I set mine up on my LibTech Skunk Ape, and hit the mountain. They have independant real ratchets to crank down all four strap locales so this is a real improvement form other models I have seen. The actual strap thing is like an I Beam shape and is very comfortable on the foot. I had no pressure points at all. I slid my foot in the blink of an eye and locked the high back and took off, all from a stand. They were not set quite forward enough yet but the ride was very solid, and short of the forward lean I was surprised how nice they worked. I made some more adjustments and got them as responsive as my Burtons had been. They held solid through the jumps and bumps, and speeds, and less bend and reach was a real plus. I experimented with how to solve complaints that if you need to stop along the steeps and get in them you can't. Not true. You can dig in the toe edge hard, and slip in if your balance is good. if it is not you simply drop to your knees and slip your foot in lock the highback push up and go. You totally avoid ever needing to sit on your arse and stretch then do the wild roll over twist and push up. Saves time, torque and stretch of the back. A real plus for me so I can still ride. I must say I am a full convert now these things are brilliant.
