   im lookin for some more instrumental/ambient hip-hop/indie/alt-rock bands to listen toin general...mostly on surf vids and stuff...just want some ideas...thx a bunch.

   Arcade Fire just put out their new album (Neon Bible), but definitely listen to them to first to see if you like their stuff. It's cool alt/indie, because it's all pretty original.

   Enter "Nujabes" on youtube/google. He is a Japanese Hip-Hop producer/DJ whose works were on the anime "Samurai Champloo". I do not watch anime, nor TV, but I own a couple of his works and his instrumentals are awesome.

   the beastie boys actually came out with a new full instrumental album... its called the mix-up and its pretty good. its pretty mellow.

   just go to www.soundclick.com and look under the instrumentals section

some dls are free, others are cash

really tight rap beats
