Burton Riders
From Around the Globe Head to Torino
The world’s leading snowboard company { burton snowboards }, is
proud to support 18 snowboarders from nine different countries as they
follow their dreams of an Olympic medal in Italy this February.
Burton sponsors five out of the eight American riders competing in the
Olympic halfpipe contest, including Mason Aguirre, Kelly Clark, Elena
Hight, Hannah Teter and Shaun White. Japanese Burton riders Kazuhiro Kokubo
and Takaharu Nakai will both be competing in the Olympic halfpipe contest.
European Burton riders heading to the Olympics include Iker Fernandez
(Spain), Frederik Kalbermatten (Switzerland), Paulina Ligocka (Poland),
Manuel Pietropoli (Italy) and Halvor Lunn (Norway). Burton riders Juliane
Bray, Mitchell Brown and Kendall Brown will represent New Zealand. And
Maelle Ricker (Canada), Nate Holland (USA) and Drew Neilson (Canada) will
be representing Burton in the Olympic Boardercross contest.
